Ramesh Malhotra announced the creation of Alexeon Systems, as part of his Global Trade Network family of businesses.

Malhotra said that the goal of Alexeon is to leverage the marketing efforts of his other businesses, which include Coal Network, the M.E. Hueck kitchen gadgets business, Global EDM Supplies, and Solution Design, among others, to grow Alexeon's telemarketing and CRM technology business.
